Mango and Orange Smoothie

Ingredients:


1 each soft mango (peeled & de seeded)
2 each oranges (peeled)
2/3 cup orange juice
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 pinch cayenne pepper

Appliance:
Blender

Directions:

In a blender add in oranges juice, oranges, mango, cayenne pepper, brown sugar.
Mix all together (optional add in ice if it is hot outside)
Cut a wedge of orange for garnish

Serve and Enjoy
