Quick Collard Greens



Calories 192 Serving 4

Ingredients:

1 lb or 1 bunch fresh Collard Greens like Chard
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, (finely chopped)
2 tbsp. water if needed
Salt and pepper

Directions:

Wash greens well and pat dry with paper towel
Remove any tough stems
Pile greens and cut into thin strips cross wise
In large sauté pan heat oil and garlic, add greens
Toss gently to be sure all greens are coated.
Add water if dry, cover and cook for 3 min
Salt and pepper to taste

Serve and Enjoy
